I moved to Prince Edward County to follow a lifelong dream of owning my own restaurant. It became my home for the next 6 years. One of the perks of running a small restaurant on  "The Taste Trail" was getting to know the heart & soul of the County, the growers and vintners. After selling the restaurant I wanted to share my love of the County by offering private tastings. I have experienced wine tastings in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy as well as the US  Argentina and of course Canada. Before coming to the County I ran an exclusive wine buyer’s organization in Toronto while developing the largest group and incentive travel company in Canada.

Today, I live and breathe the County every day!

You will have the opportunity to learn some of the County’s history while enjoying the best the County has to offer.... wines, beers, ciders and cheese. The County is within a few hours of Toronto, Ottawa and Quebec.
